Customers can now enter and view technical support tickets and view the status from web!!!

Enter Support Center

For first-time users:

To enter tickets via the web, you must first set up a username and account within our system. This is easy to do and allows us to secure your agencies’ data on the web. To set up your account:

  • At the first page, click on "register" to create a username and password.
  • This is also the logon you will use to check the status of tickets you have entered. Therefore, if you need to see all tickets entered by your site, you may want to create a generic logon instead of individual ones.

To create a ticket after you have set up your username and password:

  • Once you have successfully created a logon, go to "home" and then "enter a new problem."
  • Simply fill in the ticket info and click on "send it."
  • The system will send the ticket in to our support team and you will get a reference number on screen.

Tracking the status of tickets you have entered:

  • To track the status of a ticket, go back to "home" and then click on "check the status of a problem."
  • This will generate a listing of all tickets entered under your logon, as well as the engineer assigned and the current status.

**Note that tickets entered via the web are not monitored after normal business hours. For critical issues, please contact support directly by using our toll-free number:
